1) Your prices are much cheaper than everyone else. Are your parts genuine or cheap copies?

At Bodyshop Warehouse there a two things that take priority. The quality of the products we sell and our customer service. Our replacement parts are to at least OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) Specifications. Plus our team has over thirty years experience, all over the world, working for some of the largest suppliers and manufacturers in the industry, so we know what we're talking about! Bodyshop Warehouse uses only the very best manufacturers, so why are we so cheap? Easy, firstly we sell a lot! The more we sell the greater the discount we get from the manufacturers and we pass these savings straight on to you. Secondly, a big investment has been made in making the site as automated and user friendly as possible. By keeping our business mainly online we have no high street shops or out of town superstores, no reps on the road and no massive ad campaigns. Just great quality products at great prices and the best advertising of all; word of mouth through our happy customers.

2) Is there 24 hour phone support?

Bodyshop Warehouse strives to consistently provide the highest level of customer care and we appreciate that there is sometimes the need to speak to someone who is technically knowledgeable. A 24 hour phone support would increase our overheads and restrict the opportunity for us to give you the best possible prices. We don't believe you should have to pay for premium rate phone calls but we do want to do all we can to meet your needs. Responding to emails will take priority, and if ultimately you wish to have a swift response to your query please email us as follows:

3) Can I track my delivery / when will my order arrive / where is my order?

In most cases, if a UK mainland order is placed before midday it will be delivered to you next working day. Please note our delivery terms and conditions. If there is a delay in dispatching your order we will email you to let you know. If after two working days you have not received your order please email sales@bodyshopwarehouse.co.uk, including your order number.

4) Do you take phone orders?

If you have a trade account with us we are able to take your order by phone. All other orders must be placed online. If you prefer to make payment by phone you may do so by placing your order online and providing us with the order reference, but please be aware that disclosing your financial details over the phone is not a safe method of completing financial transactions. We urge you to please keep your card details safe and secure and use our dedicated online payment facility.

5) Do you deliver overseas?

In some cases, dependant upon the products required, we can deliver overseas. We have found that the easiest way is for the customer to arrange the international shipping and for us to deliver to the carriers UK mainland depot. 6) I can't see the parts that I require for my particular make/model/year of vehicle; do you stock them?

Everything we stock is online. If you can't find the product you require, it is doubtful that we can supply it, but we do update the site daily so it's always worth checking back. We do provide a sourcing service if you are wishing to obtain multiple quantities of an item and in this instance please email sales@bodyshopwarehouse.co.uk

9) Do you have Account Managers?

For our Tier1 trade customers we can offer a dedicated Account Manager Service and visit you at your premises to analyse your business. We will assess your product usage, inventory and any other aspect of supply chain and inventory management applicable to your requirements and provide you with the best possible options to further increase the profitability of your business.
