Returns Policy
Please Note
We advise all of our customers to fully check your items before signing and to ensure that the individual signing for the receipt of the goods is fully aware of what they are signing for.
If the items are in any way not required, be they incorrect, damaged or no longer required please refuse the delivery and they will be returned back to us. Please notify us of the refusal by sending an email to returns@bodyshopwarehouse.co.uk
If, upon its return the delivery was incorrect due to an error made by us a full refund including the delivery charge will be made or a replacement will be dispatched. If deliveries are refused due to the items being no longer required, upon their return a full refund minus the delivery charge will be made.
Once you have signed for the order the products are yours and if goods need to be returned then they will need to be returned at your expense.
Our warehouses are handling a vast amount of orders each day and from experience the only way that it is feasible for a customer to track and prove the existence of a returned item is by sending it back themselves using their own dedicated carrier.
In some cases, items on our website are made to order or are part of a far larger trade order and as such returning items can be a difficult and lengthy process.
To return items.
- You must first email returns@bodyshopwarehouse.co.uk to log the claim and request a returns form.
- This must then be completed and returned to us at the above email address.
- A copy of the completed return form must be attached clearly to the outside of the parcel with a copy of the proof of purchase.
- The faulty section must then be returned at your expense to the returns address relating to the product type stated on the returns form.
- Upon receipt of the return we shall inspect it and a refund will be issued if the item(s) is either deemed faulty by our Technical department or is returned to us in a condition fit for resale.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
